I have been frequenting Rainbow shops since the 90's . It is one of the best little stores in RI, and a nice variety of clothing for all sizes. ud83dude0anThe service is fine. I absolutely love this little shop, it's staff, products, cleanliness, and management. Staff is nice and talkative, friendly with smiles. They don't stand around talking or being on their phones. They actually work and are happy to do so.nnThe manager...is amazing. She is on her toes....a busy ud83dudc1d always fixing things, organizing, cleaning, checking up on her staff, even standing next to her employee and helping her out by bagging...happy and calm. I honestly just watched her work and thought to myself, wow....she's a beast.nnI stopped what I was doing to watch an study and complement. As a business student, I felt I needed to commend her on her store. It's immaculate.nnI also would like to say Thank you to the assistant manager I believe. She was attentive to my shopping needs, as was the manager as the helped bring items down to me. The assistant helped me out and noticed my bag had a small spot and gave me a nice discount on it.nnSo Thanks again Rainbow and Staff. You girls are great!

Excellent customer service! Great prices and size selection. I need plus size and they always have my size.

This place has changed alot. The district manger and another employee was very ignorant today. I voiced my opinion today. I was told it was banter and they didn't want to hear it . I was told to leave or they would call the cops. I did not yell, curse, or threaten anyone. District manger also said she was going to ban me from her other stores. I will no longer visit a rainbow store.

It’s a Thursday night 6:45. I have to tell you...The customer service is great in this place. The only problem I have was the music. It was offensive, vulgar, the “p” word and everything. I’m trying to get out of the store before I throw up. Young people think it’s cute and nothing is wrong and it frightening!!!
