What a scam this place is. They get people in that day get hopes up and then nothing. Never return phone calls. Never responded to emails. Always someone else is fault. Everything wrong with American medical system is here. AllnAbout the money and do not care about the patience. They have thrive on the most vulnerable people.

I'm actually suprised by the amount of negative reviews here. I had my first child here and it was literally the best experience I could've ever imagined. Every single doctor, nurse, staff member I came in contact with was so nice to me. Always asking if I needed anything. They were just as nice and polite to my partner as well. We were going through a rough time plus my birth and delivery was hectic and crazy. And they did everything they possibly could to make sure I was 100% comfortable at all times, prior to the birth and afterwards. They didn't rush me out of there after my c-section, I actually stayed for an extra couple days because I was still having some complications. I was actually in shock by how great of an experience I had there. Even the food was way better than I expected. Now I'm pregnant with my second child, and will be giving birth there again. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Women and infants changed my life and my families life for the better.

Gave birth here with my 1st child. Was beyond traumatic! Long story short I would never go there again. Horrible experience. I did have some really nice nurses though.nnOh I also forgot to add after my c-section I was having severe Abdominal pain and low heart rate. They told me my pain was due to muscle strain sent me home within 2 hours. I went to mass general in Boston 2 weeks later with the same issue and had immediate surgery. This was due to negligence on the Emergency room doctor not taking my pain serious. Avoid this hospital unless you want complications/death.

I recently had surgery done here, the nurses and doctors were great but overall my experience here was not good. I was barely 1 day post op after a huge reconstructive surgery and they were pushing me out the door although I asked to stay another night just to be safe. The day of discharge some random lady walked in (I think she was a surgical coordinator, I am unsure) and was rude for no reason. My surgeon requested for me to be sent to a nursing facility and this lady gave me so much difficulty about it. I was uncomfortable in being sent home because of this type of urethral reconstructive surgery but that concern was completely disregarded. Just an uncomfortable experience and I wish I went to miriam instead, they are more professional in how they treat their patients.

I could not have had a worse experience with this hospital. Aside from their bedside manner needing work, their billing department has double charged my account on numerous occasions. After going back and forth with them, I have been able to resolve the issues but, being that this is a hospital, I would expect this department to keep better tabs on payments. I strongly discourage anyone from going here.
