Hire more people. You are making the great workers here look bad because there aren't enough people here. Management is lacking severely. No one greets the customers, no one attends to the customers and no one says anything. I literally just saw someone walk out without being greeted for 30 minutes. This is extremely unfortunate!!!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO FIX IT. I could walk out without paying right now and no one would notice. Don't worry I won't!
Food was good and came out fast and hot. Had shrimp scampi for my entree and mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. Had the pitcher of red sangria which was tasty. They seemed under staffed but the people that were there did a good job
Very nice! Helpful patient, person on phone and p/u. I had limit on time. At front desk now, he sent order in IMMEDIATELY so I could catch my bus & bike. All social distance room while I wait. We got a meatball and ricotta. Delicious! And, made my bus!! Careful tho when pizza in a backpack. ud83dude09 Thank you so much! Def do again.
Ordered a Long Island and a Chicago Meat Pizza. Both were the worse I have ever had. At least my waiter was nice.
Uno's Pizzeria and Grill is fantastic. It servea deep dish pizza,.Chicago style. Uno's also has a full service bar and bartenders. Uno's has other menu items including desserts, salads, and pastas. The location at Providence Place Mall has always been friendly.
