By far my favorite place to shop for reptile supplies. Prices are lower than normal pet stores. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone to shop here.
We have been buying from snails and tails for about a year now. Over the summer we got a snake that we didn't know had mites. Well he was completely loaded with mites and he gave it to ALL our other snakes. We talked to them and they gave us wipes which DIDNT DO ANYTHING!! So after a few month and us finally going to another pet store and we finally got the mites under control we think hey why not give them another try. Well we were wrong! Got yet ANOTHER snake with mites! This time they gave us spray and we isolated the ones that had mites in a different room which they are good now but the ones that didn't have mites now have mites! So needless to say it has to be either the rats or something coming from that store! Because of snails and tails we have lost not just 1 snake but 2 now!! Stay clear of this place unless you want mites!
I can't explain how much I love these people. The knowledge, the service, the prices - everything about SATOO is great.
Got a lovely corn snake from there a while back, n our hedgehog seems very pleased with their assortment of live bugs.
Always a great experience. Great employees. I shop here regularly and suggest it for anyone interested in reptiles or aquatic creatures.
