Nikki seems to be the only one who knows everything there. The other employees should have the knowledge and better customer service. At the end I ended up happy and satisfied with my purchase..the animal is so happy here with us and to me that's all that matters to me. Thank you and make sure all your employees have all the information available and don't walk away from customers...make sure you solve the issues and make the customers feel more comfortable with your customer's service. Love my pet
Love this place very friendly staff I think it's the owners son he is a very smart and nice guy and very helpful. And Angela is so sweet her and the owners son always feed so much knowledge to me and my wife. This is my true pet shop!!! Thank you guys!!!!
This place makes my stomach sick. The ferrets especially. I came in once to grab some toys for my three ferrets and found two babies in a disgusting enclosure and no water or food. They’re fur was matted and they had clear signs of infection and disease. They were too worn out to even play with each other! I asked them to at least give them some water and they walk out with a water bottle for a rabbit! Not to mention they hesitated to even do that much for them. I wanted to leave with them right there and then! These animals are not made to be caged and ignored like a hamster! Treat them right!
This place has an awesome staff..super friendly and very helpful.. and the staff they are definitely knowledgeable.. and if they don’t have something that you want they will order it and make sure you get it..
Best pet store with about every fish or small animal or lizard or crab your looking for. Just took them some large fancy tailed guppies. nice family owned business, check them out
