There is no option for zero stars deposits go in at different times never available to answer phones horrible long lines. Even big corporate banks answer their phones its called customer service! I heard stories thought it was just crazy customers being crazy but no they are truly horrible!
If I could rate 0 I would. Worst customer service ever, they never answer the phone. A month ago I noticed a charge double posted called the store made sure it wasn't them then called the bank. Without even looking in my account they said to call the card people so I made another call after 30 minutes on hold while they reviewed my charges they only saw one so they tried to call the bank with me again no answer for another 20 minutes. I finally got ahold of them they admitted their mistake and said it would be fixed that was 2 weeks ago and its still not fixed last time she said she was including the CEO on the email. I'm guessing that they don't care either. I wouldn't recommend them. Only reason I chose them in the first place is the early check deposits but it ain't worth all this.
This location is very neat clean. And the employees are nice and kind and very helpful.
Great place for banking
This particular Credit Union is awesome. The employees are extremely efficient, kind,and helpful in every way possible. I highly recommend doing business at this particular branch.
