For some reason the staff demeanor at this branch is not a positive one and not a well trained one. They also seem put out with seemingly normal banking requests and when I've asked for explanations surrounding transactions and policies they get confused or just straight up tell me they don't know and they don't know who to ask to get the answer. I thought maybe it was just me, so I tried using the other 2 local branches and have been so happy there that I've never gone back to the Heath branch. Unfortunate.
It takes 20 minutes from the time I send the tube in from drive thru to when they get done. And it's not because I have big transactions. Its one withdrawal.nAnd the guy wants to put a Hold on EVERY SINGLE CHECK I try to deposit. Once again, not because I get shady checks. I had $150 government check and he wanted to put a Hold on it. No other location does this craps to me. I've had these problems with the heath branch right from the start of the account. HORRIBLE !!!!
Absolutely love this bank!!! My wife and I are so happy that we switched!
Friendly and helpful....! The only place I'll bank in Newark or Heath.
