I had a complex transaction that needed to be done for a home closing this evening and the front office has been closed due to the pandemic (save appointments). I used the drive through and the teller, Jayda, went above and beyond to give me what I needed. Thanks!!

This place always seems to be low on staff. And the staff they do have definitely don't like working at an efficient pace. Last three times I've been here 1-2 lanes open out of 4... lines out on the road. GET MOTIVATED PEOPLE!!nnUpdate 01/30/21nThis place is a huge waste of time! The employees are rude and the drive through lines are usually out to the road. I've been a customer of Park for over 5 years and I'm considering switching to another bank because the lack of customer service in these locations. Avoid this branch if possible!

The staff at this location are all very nice. They are always willing to do whatever I request. Been with them 10 years never had any issues. My wallet was stolen once and someone used my card. They refunded the money hassle free. Thank you for the great service!

Great branch that's open late. Brendon that works here is awesome! The rest of the staff has always been great here also. Definitely reccommend banking here.
