Had lunch here and our waitress, Geraldine, was absolutely fantastic! She was so attentive and really gave extra attention to my daughter, which was so nice. The food was delicious and I liked the atmosphere too but it was Geraldine that had me decide to even write this review. She shines at her job! Thanks for an enjoyable meal!

Ok the picture I posted is of the loaded tots and they’re my fave!!! Honestly that and the mac and cheese is enough to keep me coming back for more. The pizza and buffalo dip are also honorable mentions. The mixed drinks could be better but weren’t terrible. They just didn’t have much of a selection when I was there. I’d definitely come back but more for the food than the drinks. I didn’t get some type of fish tacos that were a special last time and I was kind of disappointed in those but that’s the only not great food item I’ve ever gotten there. The service is really good too.

Place has a wonderful atmosphere as it's set in an old restored mill building. We even got a glimpse of a train passing by during dinner. The drinks and food were good, definitely room for improvement though. Service was OK. Our server was very friendly but made a few mistakes on the order. The Establishment is certainly worth the trip for dinner and drinks.

The “establishment” dining area is in an appealing rustic themed space and the service seems solid and hardworking but you can’t price a frozen cheeseburger slapped on a processed brioche bun with lettuce and tomato and fries at $13.99 I’m sorry, you’re not Boston, and if you try to be at least get better ingredients! You should be charging $6.00 for what you’re selling, and I’m sure if you did you’re still making out on a 20% COG on food. This is a prime example of a run of the mill take out spot posing as a high class bistro. Shameless.
