The worst post cardiac care in Utah. After a Surgeon saves your life from a massive heart attack & releases you from ICU, the post care cardiac "staff" (3rd & 4th floors) will do their best to put you back in full cardiac arrest. Unprofessional, uncaring, unresponsive, & possibly the worst disturbing is the flaunting of provocative behavior & comments made to & in front of patients, after care rooms are dirty, & the private bathroom with a so called "shower" is a joke, no hot water, broken shower head, hand held shower broken stem, bathroom floods out side into room due to inept drainage, night staff is awful. Do not leave loved ones alone in this hospital, at least not in the cardiac wing. stay with them, IMC staff, especially night staff cannot be trusted & border on abusive. 3 weeks since heart attack waiting to be scheduled for cardiac rehab, just called to find out when scheduled. surprise!!! someone at IMC cancelled the order without authority, causing another delay in starting the very important cardiac rehab after suffering a massive heart attack. IMC cardiac center is a disorganized joke, and not at all funny when your life is in their hands.
