Pretty good most of the time, unless you need to talk to a person. Had a deposit pending for 3 days now not credited to my account, can't get anyone on the phone to help me out, and now I guess I have to figure out how to stretch $0.42 through the weekend. Tried to sort this out sooner, but no one could be bothered to answer a phone.
I did not choose this Bank it was recommended and required for payroll for my underage son. I will not recommend this bank as they do not even have standard banking hours for each location, they pick and choose when they want to be open. Sorry excuse for a financial institution.
A true community-centric bank!
I’ve have been a customer since 2007 when I graduated high school! It’s 2019 now! They know me by my name and allow my service dog to come in. They are polite and take the time to explain things to me if I don’t understand something. Very kind people. :)
I have been a customer with this bank for a few months when we first opened our account we had great customer service. Now its been awful we went into the bank two days before Christmas to cash a check from my husbands work they put a hold on it till after Christmas and said there was nothing they could do about it. So I asked them I hope they have a great Christmas cause my children won't have one and the one teller laughed st me while I was crying. I will never go to this bank again and I am closing my account as soon as the check clears.
