Security guard asked me to put a mask on my 13 month old baby. When I said he's too little he's under two he raised his eyebrows and asked again for me to mask my baby. Please educate those enforcing policies so I don't have to defend a CDC policy which is "cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2".

Everyone was competent and professional. The techs are sensitive to your needs and kind. I highly recommend!

I totally agree with the previous review that people who work at this place have no heart. They don't care about patients, all they care about business. If I'm not mistaking it is the Medical facility that suppose to help people when they ask for help,. Instead they tell us what rules and policies they have.

I went to see Dr. Stoker and he refused to give me Adderall (or welbutrin for that matter) allehing my blood pressure waa too high. Was evaluated elsewhere with a similar blood pressure they said it was great, gave me my Adderall and my performance is amazing! He was also really condenscending. Sad Dave Figueroa left. This clinic lost an amazing doctor when he left.

I’ve had an overall very poor experience. My first doctor (who was very kind) wasn’t able to prescribe a certain medication, so she referred me to Wendy Macey, which is where things began going downhill. My appointment was on a Thursday. I was waiting in the MyChart App for our Telemedicine visit for 20 minutes before I decided to call and find out why Wendy was not in the appointment yet. The staff told me she had an emergency visit (understandable) but the staff was incredibly rude and short with me and the gal hung up on me. Finally after an hour and a half, I had my visit with her, we decided to try a new medicine that she sent to the pharmacy. The medicine was too expensive ($80) even after insurance (obviously not Wendy’s fault) — but she told me to call her if there were any issues. I called on Friday (the next day after our appointment) and the representative put a ticket in to have her call me back in 1 business day to discuss sending a new medicine in. I waited 3 business days and no call from Wendy or her MA. I called today (Wednesday) around noon, the rep told me she would send a high priority ticket into Wendy and she should have the new meds sent to the pharmacy by the end of the business day. It’s now 6PM, I called back and the rep said she left for the day and my meds were still not sent in. I am extremely frustrated because these meds are very important to my mental health and the fact that I can’t even get a response that AT LEAST says “we’re sorry we are backed up, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible” is just so unacceptable. If these meds meant life or death to someone, what would happen? I seriously have never had this poor of an experience with any medical “professional” before and would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. UPDATE: after no luck getting ahold of Wendy, I tried calling 3 more times the following day (Thursday - 1 week after our initial appointment) Once at 10:30, another at 12, and once more at 2. She was in the office until 3 that day, so I tried reaching her before she left, but once again, no luck. I called Friday morning, and again, no luck. Finally around 3, her nurse called me to let me know she sent my meds in but she sent in the wrong dosage. The nurse said she’d try having Wendy correct it ASAP. Finally on Monday, her nurse called and told me she sent the right one in. At this point, I’m more amazed at how unprofessional this joke-of-an-establishment is. Unorganized, poor customer service, and over worked doctors that don’t care about their patients. Don’t go here.
