I absolutely love this bank!! The wilksville office is the best!! The customer service is amazing!! And I love how you earn points every time you use your card and then turn it into money!!
Used to be a great bank because they were very interested in the customer. However, this bank forgot how important customer service is to keep their customers. Now, you cannot get a phone call through to anyone at the bank. Also, the online chat is not staffed so I have been waiting for a response at 1st in line for over 20 minutes with no response. Just tried calling again. I now have over a half hour tied up in trying to get one question answered. I think it is time for me to find another bank.
