Visited thrice and even with an appointment I couldn’t get an account opened. The guy was not there. Pathetic customer service. Never had issues in Minneapolis. These guys are pathetic. They didn’t even show any remorse...

I’ve been going to this location for 8 yearsnToday I ran in to a teller in the drive thru Andy shofferhofer or whatever who I’ve never seen there and proceeded to tell me are you going to make a deposit or what!? You’ve been sitting in your car for 4 minutes ( I was making 2 deposits with all cash so I was counting and filling out my deposit slips)nI let him know what I was doing and he said well I need I need to close it down because I got there 3 minutes before closing and then said next time get here earlier and we won’t have this problem!nNote there was another car on the other drive thru window waiting as well and he wasn’t told anything!!!nWhen I asked for his name he said I’m well known in masonnLike what?!!! Who cares I don’t know you and I have never seen you!! LolnSo I gave him back the stupid tube and used the ATMnWhen I left the ATM the other car was still there!!!nMaybe he was a prioritynNever in my life have I ran to a disrespectful old man at a bank before !!
