These people are awesome! I love this bank. Recently I went to closing for my house and was told I needed a cashier’s check, not a personal check. Drove over and wrote a large personal check from another bank (it was more than the cash I had available in my Woodforest account) and got a cashier’s check. Because I was a regular customer, and everybody there knew me, the cashier’s check was approved. Any other big bank would have had me wait 5 days for my check to clear. My house sold without a hitch! It’s nice being a part of a big bank but getting the personal service of a small town bank! Thanks
