Their ATM eats debit cards and when informed, they don’t seem the least bit concerned about it. They also won’t retrieve your card unless it’s a PNC card. Why? Who knows, it’s PNC. They don’t even know why. In a weird kind of way this just reaffirms why I’m not banking with them anymore. The Chase ATM up the road never has these ridiculous issues.
My experience was very good. The teller was very friendly and extremely helpful. I'll use this branch when I'm back in town.

The employees could care less what they are doing and seem to give the Go to hell look at you if you need a service unless you want to purchase something from them.
