HORRIBLE....People walking through the drive thru which is a safety hazard. As well as the line draped around the building. VERY VERY SLOW!!! Considering i have worked for pnc as a teller.
The branch itself is pretty nice, and never too crowded, so that service can be fast enough and courteous. For some particular services, however, service can be really slow. I had to do two international wires, and - apparently this is a general PNC compliance - the clerk had to call the company headquarters to verify his identity while in the process (!). It took them one hour and 45 minutes to go through the entire process.
