Great service very helpful fantastic alertness if someone needs help
We are in the middle of a pandemic and brick and mortar stores are seeing less traffic come through their doors, correct? So I would think out of three employees and one other customer in the store, that at least one would say hello and offer to help me. I had to walk up and down the store twice, then go up to the counter to ask a question about products they might carry that I want to buy. I was so disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm to assist me, that I just assumed they didn’t want my business and I left.nnI live 2 minutes away. I have three sons. I went across the street to Hibbett Sports and received prompt and courteous service.
Great staff and great prices. Survey system they use is poor. I recieved great service from Aaron in finding the shoes I liked for the right price. Did the survey and gave him a 10 and it highlighted the 9 and would not let me change. When I tried to exit and go back in the survey it said I had already completed it. Hopefully the right person sees this and the staff especially the sales associate that helped me (Aaron) are recognized. Great service !
My favorite place in the whole world. I am addicted to shoes. I have a problem.
