BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PICK UP ORDER IN THE STORE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EVEN WHEN YOU CALL WARLY WHEN THEY OPEN.. it’s a small store how busy could they be to not answer so frustrating the phone just rang 15 min straight then it just hung up by itself this would be EASTON LOCATION NIT POLARIS
Went on a Sunday and store was closed 15 minutes before its closing time at 5:45pm. Somebody did let Us in but made us feel completely unwelcome. The definition of a store run by unmotivated employees.

My son and I went in on Christmas Eve, the store was packed but the help was still wonderful. Selection was awesome. He loves his shoes...we will be back!
I walked in to return a purse that I bought two days prior only because I found a better one online and just didn’t want it there was nothing wrong with it and perfect addition everything intact paper still in the bag. The Caucasian gaynSales person was really rude about it he snatches the bag from my hand drop some money in my hand and after saying have a nice day ignores me they’re very rude and nasty
