I was dismayed when this branch refused to change a reasonable amounts of coins into cash. That's a service provided by other banks banks without issue. While the posted sign at the drive through said no rolled coins, the teller wouldn't take the coins unless first rolled. (And isn't there a coin shortage? You'd think the bank would be happy to get them.)

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Due to covid they are only taking appointments not walk ins at this location. I made an appointment today at 10am to meet with Adrianna and I got an email confirming this appointment. I needed to discuss my account. My husband and I showed up at 9:55am and the bank was locked I called 9 times before someone picked up the phone. When they finally picked up the phone they told me that I did have an appointment but Adrianna called off sick so they couldn't keep our appointment. They didn't call us or inform us that our appointment was cancelled they refused to help us or get another appointment. I asked to talk to the manager and was informed there was no manager and they couldn't help me. I am furious they should have called to inform us about our appointment rather than making us wait around and drive out of our way and waste our time. I will never return to this branch a terrible experience. Chase would have lost me and my husband as customers if Mallori from the Parsons ave. Location hadn't salvaged the situation. Very frustrated . thankful for Mallori and her teams service however

This the only Chase bank that refuses basic services to their customers! They don't really care about the convenience of their clients but they just want to have an easier life for their employees. That's why employees tends to get lazy! Worst chase bank ever in columbus!

I use this location as it is close to home, however that literally is the only reason. I do not use chase to do my personal banking and I am very glad that I do not. I have to visit this location for my work and while there are a few employees here that are top notch, however there are more that are not. Always an issue to get my deposit receipts from the night deposit box. Also I had the manager get smart with me once and I expressed to her that I should be just as important as the next person, however all she was worried about was catching up with someone in the line while she was trying to help me. Just today I was told that I couldn't get my deposit receipts being that someone took the key for the lock home and that I will need to come back tomorrow. That seemed very unlikely to me but who knows.
