I went in sad with no hope. I left feeling like this branch values me as a customer. I appreciate the tellers for listening. I appreciate the manager for rectifying the situation. I feel us bank has my back. If I do right by them they will do right by me. Not to mention I left with chocolates!!

I opened my business bank accounts here and the people are SO NICE! Fantastic customer service! I used to think why would I ever stop in to a bank when I could do everything mobile/through the drive-through, but I actually WANT to stop in and say hi. :)

Service is okay but the pestering about opening more accounts or credit cards each time I go in to pay my bill is a pain in the ass. No, I do not want it. Just take my money so I don't have to stand there listening about something I clearly do not want.

I have been going to this bank for years and each time is more difficult than the last. It is slow and I thought I was their at a busy time but at times I am the only one there. It is slow no matter if I am inside or in the drive thru. It always seem like there is a new person who is there working but I can get a service one time by a teller and then another. I for example can get a transaction in the drive thru one time and the next time I can't get the same transaction the next time. I can go to the branch and wait there for an extended period of time. It is for a simple withdrawal or deposit and it takes a long time to get my transaction done.
