Fantastic! There were many styles, organized and displayed attractively. We were met by a store manager, Vanessa, who directed us to the hand sanitizer and an amply sized bench seat. She set my daughter up with 2 sizes of each boot, introduced the line and how it would feel, and answered all our questions. We felt nothing but support and zero pressure. After awhile Vanessa Was leaving for a break and introduced Olive to us, Another first class employee who helped us find a new powerful look that comes from wearing Doc Martins. Neither of us have ever worn such a bold look before and we aren’t typically “trendy looking,” so I wasn’t sure we’d fit in? But as a direct result of the acceptance, info, kindness and professionalism we encountered - even mom decided to find her new look!nnIt was a challenge to get to the store as driving and parking is intimidating. But this suburban mom and her daughter found new attitudes and confidence from shopping here! We are Going back in Feb, when my boot is due to arrive! We got way more than a pair of boots but had a really wonderful “shopping experience!”

Dr martens was bought out and it’s no longer the same product. Staff here is friendly and helpful though.
