I’m sharing this review on behalf of my mom.nnYesterday my mother and I visited the All Birds store in Newbury Street in Boston. My mom is handicapped by late stage disease and is in a wheel chair and also suffers from memory loss and general confusion/delirium due to her medicines. Anyways, A.B. went above and beyond to accommodate us. They let us access the store via the back alley way elevator and wheeled us through the stock room to the front of the store. The woman who assisted us, long brown hair, probably 30 or so, was so kind and patient. My mom tried on several pairs of shoes and sizes and kept mixing up the colors and sizes, to which the woman kindly and gently explained which pair my mom had on over and over again. She then helped us select socks that would be good for my mom swollen feet and also showed us the underwear styles. This probably took 30-45 minutes, and at the end they even carried her bags and wheel chair down the stairs as I walked my mom down.nnI really can’t thank All Birds and the woman who helped us enough. We were already big fans of your products, but this experience only strengthened our loyalty to your brand. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and helpfulness and for making a challenging shopping experience much less stressful and smooth sailing.
I was keen on getting some new shoes and after talking to the staff I knew I wanted Allbirds. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and appreciated.nnGood people selling incredible shoes. Went on an 18 hour long road trip in a manual sedan and my feet never hurt or got hot. After the trip they were so easy to clean. Highly recommend!
These shoes are great. I have 5 pair and want more. Love the colors but most of all the comfort. Store associates are super friendly and helpful. Love the simplicity of the store.
I was drawn to this store due to their commitment to sustainability by using all natural wool and recycled materials. I love the minimalist design of the Boston store. I was disappointed that they do not carry half sizes so my wool runners are a little too large to actually run in BUT they are SUPER COMFORTABLE and feel like a cloud so I will keep them as a walking shoe. I asked the associate to keep the shoe box in hopes that the store can reuse it and carried the shoes in my reusable tote bag. Hopefully they can encourage this with future customers to reduce waste and reuse the packaging.
Excellent service! I've been planning on getting a pair for a few years, the second I heard there was a brick and mortar store I hit them up and left with two pairs! The ladies working tonight were so sweet and knew their product well!
