I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me but he was terrific!! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and took the time to explain the differences in sneaker inserts! I never felt rushed or pressured. He was absolutely a great employee! Fantastic experience here. Will most definitely go back!!

I always have great luck at this Famous Footwear! The store is clean and bright, all the shoes are available to try on without asking for someone to get them for you. The staff are friendly and helpful and never pushy. Highly recommend!!

Nice selection and neatly displayed products. Prices are moderate. Helpful sales associates. I was able to return an order I received via mail order, exchange them there, and have them mailed to my home.

Found my first actual pair of sneakers there. The customer service was noticeably different for each encounter but was positive nonetheless. I hope to continue my service with them!
