Deceptive, you dont get cash when you return stuff, just in store credit, and they don't tell you that. Plus they act like they're giving you a $20 gift card when you spend $100 but it's only usable when you spend another $100. You'd have to read the fine print to know that though

These guys have no understanding of those that need gear, or are using their pricing to take advantage of you.nRentals cannot be picked up until day of and don't open until 10a. Who starts that late in the day?! I offered to pick up rental at closing the night before so they weren't out a rental and they said they'd just charge two days.nIts not good business and it's not how this industry does business.nDisappointing service, rude discussion with the desk clerk (who I would never trust to work for me and treat my customers like he did) and happy to take my business elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable staff. Store stocks pretty much anything you could need for outdoors adventure

I've shopped at EMS for many years, happy to be a loyal customer. However, I will refrain from returning to this location under all circumstances. I've visited this store a few times and what I can only assume is the store manager has been incredibly rude. Human interaction does not seem to be her strong suit and im tired of dealing with it. Frankly it's such a turn off that i'd rather avoid the store in its entirety than exist within this woman's immediate environment. Treating your customers like children is no way to run a store.
