The Diamond Club at Embassy Suites

I wasn't to impressed with the organization of people being seated that had reservations. There was people being seated before us that arrived after us and we were all in line. However the service made up for this mishap. I Highley recommend Christine as the best waitress there. We had her the first two times we have dined there. She wasn't our waitress this time but was still attentive and made sure we had a great dining experience. I am going to request her from now on and recommend others do the same. She is by far the best waitress I ever had!! You won't be disappointed!!!

For a Large Hotel this is one of the best kept secrets in Saratoga,the best prices in town for lunch and great food,very very friendly service,great drinks and very clean,you can't beat this place ,,you are great here....

Went here on on Tuesday the 15th in the early afternoon. It wasn’t busy but we got horrible service. The bartender/server ignored us when we walked through the door and we stood at the front for a few minutes wondering whether or not we were supposed to seat ourselves, we stood awkwardly there while she was gossiping to a few bar customers. She finally looked over at us (she was already facing us the whole time) and acted annoyed that we were there. We get a table and order our drinks. The food was really good and came out fast. She never re filled my drink and when we were finished she asked us if we were done. Our card was out. We said yes were finished it was so good thank you. She left our plates there and didn’t take the card. She didn’t come back and we sat there and waited, and waited. She was leaning on the bar talking to the bar customers (loudly, and talking badly about the homeless people in Saratoga and how much she hates them) my friend went up to get her attention and try to cash out so we could leave. She rudely told her “I will come to you, sit down.” It almost felt like she was intentionally giving bad service to us? Anyways, if I were you I would just order take out and skip the rude bartender. The avocado taco and Caesar salad was super good. But, I won’t be coming back.
