Absolutely one of the best steaks I have ever had. The side dishes were just enough to add a second round of flavor. I would highly recommend this place based on the food, atmosphere and service.

I saw this restaurant on Food Network and knew I had to visit if I was ever in Saratoga Springs, and so happy I did end up eating here. Let’s just say these steaks were the best steaks my boyfriend and I have ever had. I got the wagyu cap steak and he got the Kansas City strip. They both were so tender and juicy, I’m drooling thinking about them right now. The tuna app was also to die for. The sides honestly were not great, could have more flavor especially for the price, but again the steaks are the shining stars! If you love a good piece of meat, make your way here!

Simply amazing. Coming from NYC and eating at many fine Resturant’s the meal we had at Salt & Char last night was on par with the best and perfect in every way. I had the tomahawk pork chop and my girlfriend had the scallops both were 5 star dishes. The waitress was so nice and accommodating making my girlfriends birthday a very special evening. We are going back tomorrow for round 2.

Service was a bit slow...and servers were changing...so what we had communicated to the first person had lost when the second came in... limited variety in the menu... Drinks were good
