The Hollow Bar + Kitchen

Hands down was the best meal I have had since the pandemic. As a vegan, I already struggle to find a good restaurant to eat at that also has meat options for my friends, but this location could be the best in Albany. We got outdoor seating at 6 PM on a Saturday and with great service and even greater food, I could not be happier. I highly recommend the Vegan Meatloaf, not only was it filling but the sauce was the perfect pairing. If you're looking for a delicious meal with dietary friendly options, this is the location.

The Vegan choices are absolutely amazing. The pulled pork was delicious and their cookie dough dessert was one of the best ones I have ever had. The meat-eaters in my friend group were also amazed by the quality of the food and the service. Best restaurant in Albany so far!

We were SO pleased to find this place! A little impromptu trip into Albany for a drink led us to some of the best vegan friendly dishes around! Loved the Seitan wings, Tennessee hot “chicken” sandwich, and vegan Reuben. And delectable drinks to boot ud83dudc4c

Went there for dinner. The food was good but the drinks weren't the best. It was great to eat outside. Unfortunately, the server took a really long time to take our order. We waited 40 minutes to get our meal (2 appetizers) & it wasn't even a Friday or Saturday night.

Great food, great options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters like me. The staff of wonderful and the owners are great people you want to support. You'll be happy you ate here.
