I had the duck (an award winning recipe) the Firecracker salmon and the Chocolate can can. I didn't enjoy the food for the price. The best for me was the desert. I should've gone to Cheescake. P.S. there's no kids menu

Just walking past on way to somewhere else, and popped in for a delightful lunch! Super friendly waitstaff, and the owner greeted me several times making sure I was enjoying everything. Max has been a fixture in armory for years. Both lemongrass and citronella menus were available to order from. Gotta get there again soon!

While this is consistently one of the better restaurants in Syracuse, we had a waiter who was less than great. First he asked us over and over if we were ready to order, then when we were ready he was nowhere to be seen. After hearing the waiter at the next table recite the specials, we noticed that our waiter had omitted the appetizer special and had given less of a description of each dish than the other waiter. Once we finished eating, our plates sat in front of us for a good 10 minutes. Finally the waiter returned and brought the dessert menu. He then proceeded to bring our check, never asking if we wanted any drinks, etc after dinner. Even when the food is good, the service makes or breaks the evening.

The place is very quiet even if it is full. You do not need to worry about making a reservation during the week you will likely be seated promptly. The service is very slow I had to stop our waiter multiple times to try and get the specials. The food was very good but it is extremely pricey for what it is and the service is not too great- I would return for the food but not if I am in a rush. Went in after a long day in the fields. Didn't have time for a shower or proper attire, but I was treated like a king.

Excellent! OUTSTANDING! And delicious are the words I would describe my Favorite restaurant in Syracuse! I have been here 50+ times and the food, atmosphere, dessert, and the service is impeccable! Gra Pow is my dish of choice, though I have had the Pad Thai, Prig Pow, and sampled a few other dishes. The appetizers are good (Coco- Shrimp, Lobster Dip, and spring rolls are popular for us), the wine selection is good, the bar is well stocked and has a great look to it. The Desserts are both beautiful, creative, and absolutely amazing! You Must have dessert! The Chocolate Pyramid, A Taste Of Honey, Chocolate Can Can, and of course The Last Slipper are our favorite desserts! You will not be disappointed at this amazing place!
