Funk 'n Waffles

I ordered the national delivery that came frozen and it still was one of the best Chicken N Waffles I have ever had. The chicken was crispy and heavily seasoned with some type of herb if I had to bet. The waffle was dense and crispy. The best part was whatever the House Sauce is. It tasted like a delicious hot syrup.

We had brunch here during a quick weekend trip it was delicious!nnI had the chicken and waffles and it was so good. The spicy, syrupy sauce soaked into the waffles and complimented the seasoning on the chicken. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waffle was light and chewy in a toothsome sort of way.nnMy husband had All Shook Up (an homage to Elvis). The waffle was stuffed with bacon and the peanut butter was on the side allowing him to spread it between the pieces of banana. It was great! The salty bacon and pb with the sweet banana and honey played well with each other. The buttermilk waffle was the perfect blank canvas.

Super busy today but attentive staff. A bit hectic surrounding to go orders. A few different places. Confusion around announcing names. Not announcing names. Once that is figured out and consistent, a better experience will be had for pick up and to go. Waffles were amazing. Food really good !

Craving something different but still yummy? This is perfect. Interesting combinations of savory and sweet. Also a great bloody mary. Nice friendly service. The only reason it's four stars is the lack of real ketchup. Heinz is the only way to go!

Ok so let's talk waffles.... cane back into town for work. Ate dinner early and just wanted something sweet for dessert. Came across this place.nnSo I decided to get a banana bread waffle... yes banana bread waffle! Throw in some blueberries granola and some PB.... add a scoop of coffee ice cream and the magic begins!nnPB & Blueberries is one of my favorite combos and is very unknown to people, so here I am spreading the word about it!nnCome here, so many choices, sweet and savory, breakfast and dinner.... 2 thumbs up!!
