They have great birds, toys, cadges and food!!! My bird came very friendly and calm. Well socialized and have been given a lot of training about birds, before taking mine home! If something where to happen they would be right there to help!

Just from a simple phone call on Thursday, I was left feeling relief and hope. We heartbreakingly lost our macaw Tuesday at the vet due to medication complications. I was calling to see options for the future if decided to get another macaw. I talked to Steve and he was so kind and patient with me while I explained our situation and he gave all the info needed. I was genuinely so taken back at how great the customer service was, and for anything in the future I will keep my business with Exotic Pet Birds! ❤ufe0f Thank you for giving us some hope and happiness for the future!

Bought a blue and gold macaw from exotic pet birds, this was my second bird bought from them. I was told the bird was a female and that’s what I wanted. I even asked several times. Come to find out after I brought her home and they didn’t give me my paperwork with the bird that I called and asked if they could have it sent out and verified my address twice with the store rep. I never received it. So they sent it via email and on birth certificate said it was a male. The bird is aggressive to males and my female cockatoo. Also bought a tree stand from them over the phone due to being about a hour ad half away, and told them I would be there in two weeks to pick it up. To get there three weeks later to have them sell MY AlREADY PURCHASED STAND!!! And then had to wait two months to receive a tiny one to what I already had purchased. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

Absolutely would not shop anywhere else!! Our little budgie is a lovely member of our family!! The staff was was kind and helpful. They treated my family and our bird with respect and kindness!! A great store for all your bird needs!! 10/10 I highly recommend!!

Very good service wasn't told a bunch of B.S. like we were at pet supplies plus the birds are well taken care of unlike pets supplies plus. Very happy thanks for the great service
