Bay Side Pub

Just ordered takeout for the first time tonight. My boyfriends sandwich was good as was my fish fry, but they completely forgot to include my coleslaw which I'm really bummed about. I think we would try them again but double check our food next time.

This place is very small inside but has ample outdoor seating which is ideal during the COVID-19 phase reopening. I was expecting greasy sauce-laden pub food but was pleasantly surprised by the grill menu. With corn, potatoes, and vegetables on the side, it was very tasty and quite healthy. We did order fries and onion rings, they were definitely home made and quite tasty too, but because of the menu options I didn't feel stuffed and guilty from deep fried everything. The grilled salmon, shrimp, and chicken were all delicious.

Sat outside. The service was choppy cause they really only had two servers but being on the bay on a sunny day with no real rush made it all okay. The food eased good. I had a fish sandwich that was tasty not the best but still good. I would return for sure.

Friendly service, good COVID precautions, and a basic yet diverse menu.nnThe fries were crisp and fresh. Also one of the best veggie burgers I've had in awhile (mix of black beans and brown rice), a surprisingly strong draft list for a hots place, and everything moves pretty quick.

Horrible Service!nMe and my wife went in Sunday afternoon for a few drinks and lunch.nWe both ordered drinks and two grilled chicken sandwiches.nAs the server gave me my lunch, in front of waitress, she pulled out a long black hair out of my blue cheese across my fries.nI then took my sandwich off the dish and told the server forget the fries.n5 minutes later, waitress brought out more fries on a dish still.nAfter eating, the waitress brought us out the bill, most restaurants at minimum would comp my meal.nNot only was nothing comped, the waitress actually overcharged for the fries I told her forget about!!nI said to her I’m surprised nothing was comped and I was overcharged, she said she asked her manager but nothing, she said she can ask again, we said forget it and left!!!!!nHorrible service!!!!
