I have been very pleased with care from Merideth Lizotte. She genuinely cares about my wellbeing and has helped me with resolution of 2 challenging issues. It isn't easy to find this kind of care up north but this is a doctor that I am glad to have access to.

I came in with near complete deafness from swimmer’s ear. Lovely Nurse Practitioner Joyce quickly diagnosed my problem as excessive ear wax, jammed by water pressure against my eardrums. In five minutes she has flushed the ear wax from both ears, gave me an antibiotic ear solution and restored my hearing.

My husband has been a patient here for years, and he gets the best care. His doctor has a way of telling him things so he'll listen. She listens to him too, and works wonders for us! Often if it's something small we can phone it in and not worry about having to make an appointment, unless it needs to be assessed.

They're are better than Samaritan Hospital in Watertown, even better than Quick Med in Watertown as well. Sometimes they keep you waiting, but not as bad as Samaritan does. The only Doctor that took forever to see me was Doctor Roc that is why I don't see him anymore especially in Watertown, other than that they have been good to me.

Don't listen to Karen. Karen's clearly angry. They may not have everything they need to help with all emergencies, but every time I've gone to the hospital they have helped to the best of their ability. I have a chronic illness so I'm there often, and when I needed physical therapy for an ongoing knee issue they've taken my bare bones insurance and worked with it. If you have a problem with this hospital how about advocating for better funding to accommodate the staff they have and get what they need, not shut it down and make us all go even further away in case of an emergency God forbid.
