You get what you pay for. The highest quality I've seen anywhere. Sure, more $, but still good value. Many items made in USA which is a rarity these days. I've always found the staff to be helpful - but not pushy in any way.

I lived around the corner from O’Connell’s as a student in the late 1990s and was always fascinated by the place; however, my tight budget prevented me from shopping there. Fast-forward to late 2004: I walked into O’Connell’s as a self-employed professional with money to spend and have never looked back. The quality of their products and service is second to none, and if you compare with what’s available elsewhere the prices are very reasonable. My 15-year working relationship with O’Connell’s has been an absolute pleasure. Here’s to the next 15!
