Very rude staff. An not very accommodating
Villa used to be my favorite place to buy brand name sneakers for cheap, and it's certainly not the case anymore after its merger with DTLR. Got a pair of shoes on their website and they just run a little small when I tried them on. It used to be free returns and exchanges at the store when you buy anything online, not any more. When I got to the store, explained my situation that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size or another shoe, I was then told that I'd have to mail the shoes back and pay for the shipping myself. While the girl was nice and genuine, it made the whole shopping experience terrible, needless to say they dropped the price a day after I bought them.
