Very knowledgeable salespeople, great selection, and always a pleasure to visit.
Only place I'll buy shoes. I've been going there my whole life and I have pretty bad feet issues. The couple that runs the store is always super helpful in finding my shoes, even when it sometimes takes more than a few tries to find the right fit.
Overall, a less than thrilling experience. It did not seem the woman working wanted to help me much at all, though she did insist on checking on me every so often. I came in looking for ballet flats, and was immediately shown the top line items at the front for 114$, when i had been looking in the back. She indicated the only other place would be the rack, and i tried to imply that was perfect to me, i didn't want to spend quite that much (budget $80 or lower), it seemed like she didn't think i belonged in the store.nnGood quality shoes, small footprint, therefore smaller on floor stock. Really best if you want some premium shoes from their stock, not something on the rack/cheaper. did end up with a nice pair of slip-ons that are fairly comfortable.
Good shoe store- great staff and good sales
This is an expensive shoe store. My wife and i walked in, we were hardly in the store 30 seconds when one of the employees (owners?) almost ran over to me when I walked to the back of a very small men's section like I was going to steel something, asking me twice before i could answer once if he could help.nI replied, you might want to help my wife, she's the one shopping!nTake it for what's it's worth but that's the way it went down and it offended me. My wife may be back. It will be against my advice if she does, I will not. My money will be spent elsewhere.
