I was first introduced/referred to Trevor from WOC by a mutual friend of ours. I watched the most recent YouTube video of his new stock arrival and messaged the fish I wanted, he got back to me right away. He was very patient and explained the compatibility and what species go with one another and some won’t color up right away but will take time. He also was very straightforward in suggesting if a species was incompatible, which I thought was very professional and honest! Sometimes I had to watch the video maybe 3 or 4 times and went back and added some more fish that I was interested in! The boxes were sent via air cargo which was a first for me, they were shipped in the morning and by the afternoon, they were already in my possession! It was 2 big boxes, heavy and when I got home and unboxed them, I was blown away by the packaging and bagging of each fish. Each fish was triple bagged and shrink wrapped and there’s wasn’t even a drop out of water! Heat packs were still warm and are still warm even when I’m writing this! The fish were simply gorgeous and displayed color in the bag! Overall I had a very positive first experience with Trevor and if you’re looking to buy fish from WOC, I’d say don’t hesitate and go for it.
