We have been working with Kristy to plan our wedding for this upcoming July. Over the past year, Kristy has been incredibly patient and helpful despite the ever-changing regulations of events during the pandemic! She is responsive and reassuring. We are so looking forward to having our wedding here this summer!

My husband and I just had our wedding here 2.6.21 and it was the best day of our lives ! Thanks to the staff, they made everything so easy and comfortable especially during the pandemic ! I would also say Kristy is THE BEST wedding coordinator / event planner ever. 500 pearls property is amazing and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL!

Our organization hosted a small training event in the 1914 room at 500 Pearl. We had many changes to our plans, our dates and our number of attendees and Laura was accommodating to all of them. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to assist us while setting up and throughout our two day event.nThe room had plenty of space for our training and we were happy with the Audio Visual devices we used to present.nThere were many options for the full day menu and we were happy with the breakfast and lunch boxes. Our participants had a variety of dietary needs and they were able to meet all requests.nParking on location was a great feature, clear directions were posted at all access points to allow attendees to find our event space easily. It was very accessible for all ages and physical abilities.

My fiance and I have our wedding booked at the Forbes Theater at 500 Pearl and we are in LOVE with it! Kristy, the catering sales manager, has been nothing but accommodating and wonderful. She took the time to show us the venue twice, answer all of our questions, and to help us formulate the perfect package to make our dreams come true. Looking forward to 2022!!!
