They're extremely rude. Furthermore they’re never open when they say they are. They close hours early. It’s like they have no manager and whoever runs the cash register does whatever they want. If they want to close early, they close. If they’re obnoxious, they’re obnoxious.
Please stay away from this store!!!!! Price gauging like crazy! I called before driving to this store to ask about a product, they said they have it, but he said he can’t give me any info on it, so I just looked up the price on line for the Midwest ferret cages, every single store it’s $100-140 same exact cage 140 bring the highest price you can find for this single unit Midwest cage! We drove 40 min to buy it and when we got there he told me the price is $270!!!!!’ How do you hike up the price that high?! Are you kidding me???? No one should ever shop there and if you do, please please price check online, guaranteed the prices are higher! Oh and when I told why his cage is double the price, he said if you can get it for $140 you should, it’s $140 that is the cost of the crate, there isn’t a higher price anywhere at all! Look it up! Only reason I went there is because others stores don’t have in stock and I have to wait a week for the delivery and needed one now, I go was my pet will wait a week, sitting in a smaller cage.
