Customer service was amazing. Very friendly with me and my pup. I believe it was Lauren that introduced herself to us and had a great conversation about petco. She had great things to say about petco. If the employees are happy then i think its a great company. Another reason we will be coming back.

The girl who helped pick out food for my overweight cats was great! So friendly and informative! Also, didn't mind that I had my one year old with me and we walked around looking at all the animals too.

Took my dog to get groomed here for the first time after taking her to a privately owned grooming salon. I was nervous since all my dogs have been going to the same place for years but Michele quickly made me comfortable with her kindness and compassion for animals. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I'm a bit of a stickler for my dog's haircut, but she made my vision come to fruition. Michele is great and can't wait to bring my dog back.

I bought half a dozen of the cutest little ghost shrimp here last month. I got them as companions for my poor Mickey Mouse platy who every single other fish in the world seems to hate (even other MM platies). She was being relentlessly attacked no matter who I tried to house her with. Now, she's in her own 10 gallon by herself with 6 really active and friendly ghost shrimp to keep her company. She swims around with them as they zoom all around the tank playing with each other. The ghost shrimp are a blast to watch and great at cleaning up uneaten fish food. I love all the aquatic pets I've gotten from this store.

Be aware when you check out in The Petco Bridgewater, NJ store. I was overcharged and an item I purchased was not rung up. Went back and the cashier was on his phone and annoyed I came back. It's a shame kids today don't take pride in what they do. And think- they want $15 an hour ud83dude2c. I give 5 stars to the employees who work in the fish/reptile department.
