The worst place I have seen to date. They take 30 minutes to have you come in the reception and then hour and half before they take your info in the reception area. They are being money ud83dudcb0 ..... because if they weren't they would have been more organized and scheduled procedures 30 minutes to an hour between each procedures instead of camping so many patients just to bill insurance companies. The quality of service is more important for one I'll never be coming here again they need to know patient will deal with it for the first time but will always speak up and do something about it. If they think that patients aren't going to speak up they got another thing coming. To be honest and not biased they are friendly but that's all.

The only reason why iam staying in Pediatric service is that they have best team of doctorsnEspecially dr trupti patel she is the best doctor I have never seen in my life she really cere about patients that's why iam giving 5 starsnMy daughter loves hernBUT the girls working in the reception area are very rude with patients it's like you going there for free they never pick up the phone when you callnOne time I asked to see a supervisor one of them said iam the supervisor And I know that she's not because she knew that I wanted to complain about their bad attitude

The reception area is completely disorganized, and my appointment was delayed 1.5 hours. I called to confirm my appointment two days before, and they had created a duplicate chart (not a big deal it happens) so there was no record of my appointment. I never got a call back saying the appointment existed, again things happen, so I called back the following day and the chart was corrected. I filled out all documentation as requested and submitted the necessary paperwork the day the appointment was made through the online portal, and received a confirmation that it had been completed. I was never given an email address to send the paperwork to despite calling three times and being told everything was in order, and so my appointment was again delayed because I had to also email the paperwork to an individual I had never spoken with. I know things are crazy right now with the pandemic, but this intake system is a complete mess.

One of the worst pediatric Center in NJ. So arrogant and rude and on top of that - gives all wrong information. Not sure why no one in their management is bothered about improving the service.

Please, beware of medical fraud!nI was forced to pay myself, as I was told that insurance company won't pay for my daughter visit. After clarification, my insurance paid for my visit as well. But I cannot get refund more than 6 months. They keep telling me that check was sent or they plan to send it, so they lie on purpose.nDo not pay them directly, you never get your money back.
