Paul and his team are incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable and really take the time to evaluate your gait and foot mechanics. I suffered from plantar fasciitis for over a year and I was worried that I would never be able to run again, but Paul assured me that he could help, and he did. The custom orthodics cured my PF and I have been running pain free for 4 years now. These orthodics have almost 8,000 miles of use and they are still going strong. I recently went in for an assessment and they just had to make a few tweaks to the existing inserts which was great news. Thank you Feet First for keeping my feet healthy and happy. I highly recommend this place.

Paul is highly. He has made my running, walking and ski orthotics for many years. His work has improved my performance, decreased pain .He fabricates them on site and provides on-site adjustments when needed.
