I am extremely happy with the treatment that I've received since I started the MAT program with Harbor Health Care. The staff are all very nice and genuinely care. My doctor has really been nothing short of amazing! The only problem that I have had has been the wait to get out of the waiting room on a couple of occasions... That really is a small price to pay for the treatment I've been givin though.

Janna Thompson and Lori-Ann are absolutely amazing! As a team, they’re efficient, go above and beyond for their patients, empathetic, and absolutely down to earth and relatable! They never disappoint, and i couldn’t be happier with the care they provide for me son Aiden! He also LOVES talking with,” Dr.Janna”, about her military experience and asking her questions, which she is always willing to answer and entertain! I would be lost without them and their care! Thank you, Janna and Lori-Ann for the effort and enthusiasm you put into caring for my son! A team like your is hard to come by, and few and far in between!! Xoxo

Behavior Heath I would not recommend at all. If your seeking a therapist to understand your needs, this is not the place. Bad experiences with a few different therapist that are in that facility for the benefits and would careless if you need help. I try to file a complaint against one therapist name Jennifer that was really rude to me during a conversation. I reported Jennifer to a supervisor Elizabeth, that’s a supervisor for the behavior health department and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and didn’t do anything. Instead of Elizabth helping me , she called me back and told me I should consider looking into another therapist out of their clinic. Thank god I already found a wonderful therapist, by the time she called me. I can’t believe how people like that actually gets employed in a facility to become a therapist to work with people that are really in need of help with their mental health. Harbor Care Clinic, (Harbor Careless Homes Clinic) I would give it 3 stars, the whole three stars goes to Janna Thompson, she’s the best!! Especially for kids!. She’s in with the pediatric care and for behavior health. It would of been a 5 stars if the rest were great. If your worried about your health, I recommend to go else where. So many doctors come and go here. Most of them don’t have a MD license. I had like 4 different providers, never had a stable provider in this place because they would leave. It has to be a reason why. By the way, they don’t have free stuff like it says on past reviews , when it was a better facility, they had free juice and coffee upstairs in the waiting room. Not any more.

Very friendly staff. High quality of care.nDr Calabro takes her time to explain things, and is very cheerful and friendly.nIt was not very straightforward to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and I got transferred to voicemail a couple times on the phone when I needed to talk to a nurse about paperwork. But once I got there it was a good visit with exceptional staff & providers.

Went to the eye doctors today and seen Dr. Cherzenka!!!! On time!! No overlapping appointments!!! They take your temperature and give you hand sanitizer!! Front desk is wonderful!! Dr. Absolutely amazing!!! Cleaned all of the machines right in front of me!! So friendly, so welcoming, great parking lot!!! Quick and easy appointment!! Children friendly no question asked!!!
