I couldn't have chosen a better place for my husband's last week of life. The staff was awesome. So caring and professional. They were there for us 24/7. The facility is amazing and meets your everyday needs. You don't need to worry about anything except being with your loved one.

This is the most amazing place to have my mother pass peacefully. The staff is amazing from the RNs, to the lna's, to the housekeeping staff and the meeter and greeter. I am so thankful that I got to spend her last 4 days there with her it's absolutely beautiful. I have no regrets she was well taken care of.

The care and compassion patients and families are given here is matchless. The patient rooms are constructed with the medical equipment concealed, beds have beautiful handmade quilts on them, ipads and wifi to stream music into your room, private little terrace balconies, beautiful view, gorgeous public areas (the main room with the fireplace and cathedral ceiling is gorgeous), a kitchen with all the basics open 24/7 and delicious cakes and other food items put out fresh every day plus a real homey dining room to eat in so you don't feel like you are in an institutional setting. The nurses are absolutely amazing and they treat the patients with love, dignity and respect. After my brother passed and they were preparing his body, the nurses were speaking to him as if he were still there; telling him they were going to turn him, remove this, etc. I'm not a person who shows their emotions in public, but the kindness they treated him with almost made me cry. They don't rush you in saying a final goodbye either. I don't know how the nurses do this day after day. They have my eternal love and gratitude. The facility has 24 hr access and you just have to sign in. There is no waiting in line, getting passes or any of the other hassles that you certainly don't need to be bothered with during such a difficult time. The only thing I wish it had was an actual gym for the families because it would help burn off some stress and calories. JBC is top notch in both care and atmosphere.

Very caring staff, gorgeous facility in a serene setting. I can't think of a nicer place to spend your waning days.
