Not friendly not helpful at all I traded carriers and they always gave me the wrong generated code was not happy cause I needed a phone

Lisa and the manager were extremely helpful getting the phones explaining everything to us switching everything over to the new phones and in a very timely matter very friendly service very pleased with what we accomplished there in with the people
