Footstock is my favorite shoe store and is the only place I buy my shoes. I have been shopping here since Elena opened the store 28 years ago and still have my first pair of Paul Green sandals:-). Her employees are knowledgable and helpful. I always leave feeling great about my purchases.
I was looking for something specific. When they didn't have it in my size, instead of just saying that, they tried to sell me shoes in other sizes or colors. When I said Thanks, but not interested, the sales person seemed to develop an attitude. Surprised me.
Great quality, service, selection and customer service ! The owner Elaina is very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Great place !
The shoes are on the expensive side but are well worth the comfort.
