Was in Duluth on vacation for my anniversary and I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one by the lake, so I called half expecting a big hassle fixing it, spoke to a Mary and she was just absolutely awesome, took care of everything so we could just go to the right location and get out curbside and man is the food worth it. This is our big dinner every year before we head home from the trip and we have never been dissatisfied. Excellent food and service.
The prime rib was phenomenal, and my girlfriend raved about the beef tips! Great food, great service and prices you would expect at a classy place. Though we're on vacation, when we come back up, this place is definitely on the revisit list.
Good service. Not enough seasoning for my taste. good overall experience
Ordered take out, one of the items we ordered was forgotten in our order which required returning to the restaurant to retrieve. They did offer to deliver it to us as well, we just chose to drive back. For our trouble they included free desert. Service was great. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that even accounting for the fact that the food was takeout and not fresh in the restaurant I don't feel like the quality of the food we received or the value for the price was as good as other restaurants at this price point.
If I could I would do 3.5 stars. We ordered the chicken/rib dinner for two. I have to say that the ribs were highly disappointing. Barely any meat, dry, and semi burnt. The chicken, beans, potatoes, corn bread were fantastic.
