Awesome service. My new go-to place for buying tropical fish. They have a decent variety of both freshwater as well as saltwater, and the staff person helping me (this is my second visit here) was extremely knowledgeable and asked what tank setup I have, what fish I have now, what coral, etc. So he could recommend the best fish for my needs. Ended up with a tang and some clowns for now.nThe rest of the staff and cashiers were also friendly, welcoming and nice.

This place is depressing if you're coming for saltwater. It's impossible to get help when you're back there. You have to go find someone up front to send someone back for help.nTHEN when you DO get someone sent back, they are put off that they have to catch a fish for you. AND THE FISH BETTER NOT BE IN A PACKED TANK OR HARD TO CATCH!!!nLots of comments on how difficult the particular fish is, and how inconvenient it is to have to take the whole tank apart to catch said fish.nThen we move on to the way the staff catch the fish- ITS PAINFUL to watch. They grab out live rock and set it on countertops or up on top of the aquarium (the top top of display)----certainly hoped/was mortified there were shrimp or other aquatic life not living in/attached to these rocks.... Next, instead of taking a less stressful approach, they chase the fish around the tank with a bright green net until the fish is near death and exhausted. Then they GRAB the bottom of the net WITH THE FISH IN THE NET, and dump it into the cup of water. So much for that slime coat protection.nI personally worked in this store and am so completely disheartened at the state of customer service this place has sunken into. I'm embarrassed and it's not even a company I represent anymore.

The store is clean and the employees were very polite. They have a section where you can adopt a cat, each cat has it's own story and name. They are adorable!!

The small animal attendant, Katelyn, was absolutely fantastic. She really took time to help us find the perfect hamster for our family. We are already in love with our little guy.
