Been getting the run around for 3+ MONTHS! been asking for a refund for weeks now. Spent 240$ Canadian.. Will change this review if something changes. But it seems like there is a number of people in the same position.. I am having a hard time believing anything that they say at this point. I suggest contacting your credit card company and reporting the fraud. I have contacted the BBB. (BETTER Business Bureau) But I will change this review if I get my money back/recieve what I ordered. Pretty sure they are knowingly scamming people.

Finally got my order after a month and a half, with no responses to emails except mass emails they've sent everyone, and they sent the wrong thing. Tried to email to let them know of their mistake and surprise no response yet and it's been over a week. I would certainly recommend NEVER using this company and report it to the BBB, FTC and do a chargeback on your card so they will hopefully not be able to use that type of card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) any longer

Never buy online from this store. It's a complete and total scam. They took my money, will not return it and have not sent the order. Unable to get in contact with anyone. Make sure to go to the FBI CYBER TIMES section and fill out a report. Also, contact your credit card and file a complaint. I won't stop until I get my money back.

I literally got mail from China faster. I paid March 24 - fast forward to April 12 and the items still haven’t shipped. Fairly disappointed.

Doesn't ship orders from over a month ago. Doesn't process refund, forces you to dispute charges from bank.
