This has been my daughter's primary clinic since she has been born. I used to recommend them to parents constantly. Unfortunately since her primary Doctor retired, they failed to replace with a sole primary and instead with several different doctors each visit, all nice and helpful. I didn't notice it being an issue until recently when I ended up having to call in to talk with her doctor on a few questions and was directed to leave a message for the last doctor she had seen. Prior to this most recent encounter, the nurses and staff have always been great! This last time was not the case. Rude and dismissive nurses during both calls. Delayed response from her doctor following a request made the previous day, not answering or acknowledging all questions being inquired. This could be all from the lack of attention by the nursing staff or by the doctor but I have no way of knowing. Regardless of fault, after addressing that with the second nurse who followed up, not once did she offer to connect with her doctor or address the remaining questions herself. Instead rushed me off the phone, saying she would relay it to the clinic Manager and hung up. This is not how I would expect my child's doctor office to treat their patients. I do not feel as if the child's best interest is their top priority anymore. I will be switching my daughter's primary Doctor to a new clinic that actually cares about the kids. Be warned they are not the same staff offering the same level of service as in prior years.

On February 12, 2020 at 8:30am I came in with my three children to check in for an appointment. However I wasn't feeling well and couldn't breath( I was having an asthma attack) the lady at the front desk notice and immediately took action. The other nurses and doctors assisted me and my girls. They checked my oxygen level giving me a nebulizer and oxygen and even called the ambulance. I just want to thank you all for helping me including watching and keeping my girls safe until someone arrived to get them. You guys are awesome!

Over all my experience has been pretty good. The nurses are great and the front desk staff is great. There are few doctors though that have very belittling. One doctor particularly really crossed the line. VEDA BELLAMKONDA-ATHMARAM, MD saw my son when he was about 6 months old. At the time he had lost about a pound due to him having a double ear infection. The doctor requested for me to bring him back in to be seen again in 2 weeks. The doctor also requested that I quit nursing my son and give him formula. On top of that she requested that I start feeding him butter. Honestly I did not agree with what she was asking but I did start to introduce formula. He HATED it. I forgot to make the appointment and I ended up taking my son to children's emergency room during that time. Also during that time I changed my phone number. Well i guess The doctor thought that I was deliberately starving my baby and called CPS on me. The showed up at my house and left a note on my door. How embarrassing!!?? Come to find out my son had a genetic disorder that had been keeping him from gaining weight. We found that out because he ended up having an allergic reaction to eggs and I noticed something wrong with his wrist. I Noticed IT!! None of the doctors ever considered to test him for a genetic disorder. I Say all this to say. Mothers know best!

They was being rough with my baby. He has scratches because she was being rough. Had to ask for another worker because I didn't want her to handle doing my baby's shots.

I love Partners in Pediatrics. One of my high school friends referred me to this place just a little bit before I gave birth to my baby- thank goodness she did. Our pediatrician is Wendy Hemme who is kind and gentle. She always makes us feel so welcomed and like we're at home. I highly recommend partners in pediatrics! Scheduling is extremely easy to do so and the front desk is also very kind. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I recommend it to anyone!
